4 speed on the columb doesn't shift how do I free it up been sitting awhile

I would say you going to have to dig into it and start lubing and freeing up any parts that need to move.
Did it work before it was parked or did you buy it with the shifter stuck?

Sorry for the delay. But it was locked up when I bought it. the shuttle shift works good.

after a few days of soaking the linkage managed to free it. alittle stiff but shifts fine.
