Você só precisa usar o calço se tiver fresado 0,1778 mm ou mais na cabeça.
Se o cabeçote for original ou novo, nenhum calço é usado.

You only need to use the shim if you had milled .1778mm or more off of the head.
If the head is original or new, no shim is used.

Hello friends my tractor is burning badly from a cylinder I changed the injectors and still the same took new head pistons together Has this ever happened to anyone?????

White is normally coolant, light blue is oil.
Have you done a compression test?

Branco é normalmente refrigerante, azul claro é óleo.

If new piston and rings could it just need to run a while to seat the rings?

I have no language skills at all and English is hard enough to speak much less Portuguese!

I use a translator on the iPad to get to the foreign language and have no idea how accurate it actually is.

Oh I wish I could write / speak other languages, I too and doing it Via a translate program.
I've done the translate then the reverse translate and we are pretty close, some things just don't cross very well.

It's interesting to be able to help someone out in a different country and a different language!

i have never plugged that hole to see what happens but know that it is the crankcase ventilation and if the tractor has a lot of wear in the cylinders there is pressure in the crankcase (blow by) that exits from the hole you are asking about. I would think the pressure would blow out the oil level check dipstick trying to escape the crankcase. My dipstick doesn’t fit very tightly in the hole and is fairly easy to remove.

there should be a (vinyl) tube attached to that hole that feeds down so that the oil mist doesn’t get all over the engine and hood. There are a couple of wires hoops on the engine to hold the tube in place.

Eu nunca fechei esse orifício para ver o que acontece, mas saiba que é a ventilação do cárter e, se o trator tiver muito desgaste nos cilindros, há pressão no cárter (sopro) que sai do orifício sobre o qual você está perguntando. Eu pensaria que a pressão explodiria a vareta de verificação do nível de óleo tentando escapar do cárter. Minha vareta não se encaixa muito bem no buraco e é bastante fácil de remover.

Deve haver um tubo (vinil) preso a esse orifício que se alimenta para que a névoa de óleo não fique por todo o motor e o capô. Há alguns aros de fios no motor para manter o tubo no lugar

Have you put new rings in it?
If you did, did you check the cylinder size and piston size?

If you did not then that would explain why your compression numbers are so low.

That motor should be at 470PSI compression and your at 340PSI.

It does have a lot of blow by out the breather, but even if you had a little blow blocking it will pop the dipstick out.

Teste de pressão feito hoje
Please post the numbers from the pressure test along with the units of measurement. I’m not able to see the units on the guage.

Did you take the measurements three or four times and average them? Are they about the same every time you measure them?

I found a work shop manual that shows 3235 kPa (470 pounds per square inch) so your pressure seems to be low (if I am reading correctly)
