In the market for a tractor with a front end loader and belly mower. My L175 has been great on my 5 acre mostly wooded lot. Use it for chores on the property that include tilling, moving compost with the 3pt scoop, and hauling firewood and logs. Would a BX2380 be the replacement to the L175 or do I need to move up to the B series.

BX2380 has a much lower stance, can do a lot of work, but is a small tractor.

If you like the size of the L175 then you should look to a larger B or a small L like the l2501.

If you like the toughness of the L175 then B or L is a better choice.

Where the L175 is a 2wd with manual steering, all BX's and B's and most L's are 4wd with power steering, and get a lot done in a smaller package.

You're talking about a 40+ year technology improvement, some better some not.

I do not believe you can get a belly mower with the L series any more. Kubota does have an LX series which as I understand can be had with belly mower. You may wish to see which models have which options. For simplicity's sake you may wish to stay at 25 horsepower or less. Above that there are extra anti pollution additions which are NOT a plus!!
