Ok I have a b7200e and I can not get it to start... I drove it one way and shut it off then I went back to start it and it wouldn't crank... The motor was sucking and blowing and is getting fuel... I took timing cover off and it is in time... What else can be going on in stumped...!???

Ok Buckshot,

lets take it from the top - tell me where my story is off,

It was running - then you cut if off.....

then it would not crank (you mean start? - crank to me. means spin over)

How do you know it is sucking and blowing? it was spinning....

And how do you know it is getting fuel?

How much fuel IN tank?

any smoke at all?

give us a little more and we might be able to shed light.

is cranking speed the same as always?

Is it turning over fast enough? If it is, then it could be in the governor on the injection pump. Occasionally the rack will stick in the off position. It's happened to several of us in the past.

When was it refueled last?
Look for fuel contamination, via either water or gasoline in fuel.

this is what I was thinking in maybe the injection pump had timing weird or something where is that at because I've never had to time one

Check for power to the glow plugs.
If you have glow plugs heating, Crack the injector lines and check for fuel flow, if you have fuel flow there, then you will need to pull either the injectors or the glow plugs and check for compression readings.

These motors have a very low internal failure rate, 99% of the time it's bad fuel or bad fuel flow that will keep them from starting.

had already checked and it was getting plenty of fuel that why I was wondering how to time the injection pump that's the only thing I can think that's left

Timing is set via shims under the injection pump, therefore unless it breaks a timing gear (near to impossible) it's not out of time, and they just can not slip out of time.

If there is any air in the line between the injection pump and the injector (even one tiny bubble) the injectors will not pop open, they will seep but not spray, and not move fuel, and that spray is needed to make it fire along with a working set of glow plugs.
Bleeding it sometimes takes a lot longer than one would think.
Have you confirmed that the glow plugs are getting power and indeed getting hot?
