My Z500 engine won't start, though she turns over, has fuel to the bleed valves, and the glow plugs are new and have 12 volts. I'm at a loss, so I'm going to have injectors cleaned/rebuilt, then the injector pump.
Any thoughts/Advice?
How to pull injectors?
Thanks

Pulling the injectors is pretty straight forward, remove the top nut / line then, remove the second nut down to remove the return line set, then remove the entire injector (bottom nut), there will be a copper sealing washer in the hole or stuck to the injector.

Before you do all of that, crack the top nut and slightly loosen the line, then crank in short runs (to not overheat starter) till you get clean un bubbled fuel out the connection, then retighten and see if it will start.
If it has a compression release that will help with bleeding the lines, then make sure it closes fully.
