I just rebuilt my BX2750C, the lift cylinder and lines got drained. Question is, should I try to prime the lines and cylinder ? Or will the system fill and bleed the air out itself ?

The system will fill and bleed the air out of the lines by itself. The only thing you should need to do is cycle the fel control to activate the cyclinder. Raise and lower it a couple times and you should be good to go :)

What Daren said. If you are still concerned about the air set the engine at just above idle and fully cycle thru each motion and hold it till the relief opens. By doing this anything that might be trapped will be forced out.
