Hydraulic fluid level

L2501 . Seems like one time it looks full... next time over full .. next time low..
I have a loader and backhoe. Backhoe is currently not on the tractor.
with the backhoe on and on a level surface. all hydraulics about half way fluid level looked right in window.
now with backhoe off. it looks low. whats the best way top check this.. or am i over thinking it?
all manual says is put it on level surface. implement down.

pretty much. manual says do not run machine if low. it looks low more times than not.

I will make it real simple. If it's right with the BH on its still OK when its off. Same for the loader.

Since my BH is on 99.937% of the time, by default, I check it with it on.
