Hello fellow Kubota people!
I am new to this forum. I recently purchased a B2650 Cab and so far am very happy with my purchase. However, I am less happy with the dealer service. Luckily I have another dealer somewhat close by to go to after I resolve a few issues.
I searched for answers to this question but I couldn't find my exact issue which may not be an issue at all.
Here is the situation: The hydraulic coupling on the tractor for the loader (male end mounted to the tractor) had a leak. The blue line would not stop dripping. Essentially when the loader was disconnected the male coupling would not close all the way.
Long story (looooong story) short the dealer replaced the coupling but it is not the same sized aperture as the other three. The new one is 1/16" smaller in diameter than the other 3. I'm not an engineer and fluid dynamics aren't my thing but I assume the designers used the same size coupling for all four connectors for a reason.
Will having different sized couplings cause a problem down the road?
Thank you in advance for your knowledge.
