HST isn't working

I was running my L4600 and the HST stopped responding. Engine and throttle work fine. Hydraulic bucket and rear arms work. PTO does not engage. Kill switch still works when not in seat and the HST pedal is depressed. Fluid is full and clean. Tractor has 240 hrs.

No, I've moved the L-M-H transmission lever through it's full movement and no change.

Sounds like clutch is locked out.... no tranny, no PTO
Hopefully someone who has same tractor will see this and post how this can happen

Your clutch has failed. The giveaway is your PTO does not engage, but your three-point hitch raises.
