I was cutting at church and the cutter was half cutting not cutting very good.
I got somebody to sit in and turn on the cutter and all blades were moving.

I took off one side and the belt was lose.. Just seem to lose.
Im wondering if belt is to lose why am I not getting a good cut..
I had been cutting 2 hrs straight..

I was wondering about why if the belt is to lose...
Is there a site to see how to change a belt?

I also got something else on my Kubota tractor L series It keeps dying on me just cuts off.. Last week a guy told me about the top fuse burning out..
It did it 3 times today just cuts off... Why is this?

I not having a very good day

Check the seat safety switch.
Go to woods site and download the manual for your mower.

I took both covers off and I can with my hand take the belt OFF the pully real easy.. Is that normal??
Im looking for a site that shows me how to get a belt on the right way..
Woods 990

I had a guy sit in the tractor and run the cutter.
I looked under it and all 3 spindells were moving but you put down the cut and it
does NOT cut very good at all..

I need to know the exact model number to help you out, as woods has several 990 models.

cause personal injury.
Belt replacement is accomplished in these steps:
1. Loosen nut and swing belt guide (G) away from
pulley (F).
2. Loosen nut on eyebolt (H) to relax tension in
spring.
3. Slide belt under and around drive pulley (A).
4. Route belt around pulley (F), idler (E) and pulley
(D) as shown.
5. Make sure belt is on drive pulley (A) and route belt
around spring-loaded idler (C).
6. Grasp belt between spindle pulley (B), springloaded
idler (C) and spindle pulley (D). Pull springloaded
idler with belt and route belt over pulley (B).
7. Tighten nut on eyebolt (H). Make sure springloaded
idler arm pivots freely with belt installed.
8. Set belt guide (G) 1/8" away from belt. Tighten to
