Quick run down of the situation. Tractor has always started fine up until now. Had to replace a water pump in the field and now it won't start. I've checked all the regular things, fuses, grounds etc. It acts like it thinks its in gear and won't turn over. It makes a click sound but won't turn over. If i short the starter with a screwdriver it turns over but still won't start. Its a m105s with a cab. Any ideas??

Sounds like you have either disconnected or pinched and shorted a wire that controls fuel.
Do you have power to the dash or lights?
If you don't sounds like a main fuse problem, should be down by the starter.
If no fuses are blow check for disconnected wires to a relay or solenoid.

Hopefully something simple like an open interlock, maybe a seat or brake switch, or similar.
