Help! Front End Loader Raising By Itself

I have a 2007 L3500 and just recently the fel has gotten a mind of its own. When you rev up the tractor the fel slowly starts raising on its own. I can bring it right back down and then it starts going back up. It doesn't always go up though. Another weird thing is if I move the 3 point up or down, the fel starts going up. Any suggestions of things to look at.

You have a bad FEL Valve or if cable controlled it's out of adjustment!

Most likely it is the valve. There is also a chance the linkage is binding.
