Grill Guard Info

Will a grill guard off a LA525 that fits a L3800DT fit a L4600F?

Based on the parts list, I would say no. It looks like the L3800 is a solid guard, where the L4600 guard is two pieces and folds forward. The part numbers on a guard from a L3901 match those of the L4600.

Well the LA525 that goes on the L3800 is hinged otherwise the hood would hit it.

I thought it was, but the part number is for a one piece guard.

I have an L3200DT, same as the L3800DT. The guard doesn't move. The hood pops up clear of the guard. Here the hood is up and the guard is well forward of the close point for the hood (just in front of the battery).
