I have a 48" landpride box scraper... is there any reason for a grader attachment if I have the box??
Like has been mentioned, depends on the job. The scraper will box scrape and load/move material well to fill ruts and depressions and bulk landscape, and when used in reverse the box scraper is a good bulldozer type blade - the material will push off the sides.I have a 48" landpride box scraper... is there any reason for a grader attachment if I have the box??
It's tough to find implements at the moment so it sounds like you can't go wrong with that purchase, particularly at the price you mentioned. There's a very nice and virtually new Land Pride GS1560 grading scraper for sale on Craiglist just an hour away and I'm very tempted but it's a bit on the small side for the MX. If it were the GS2584 model I would have bought it already. I have a box scraper and rear blade and want to buy a land plane or grading scraper for the gravel driveway. As others have mentioned, it's a different animal to a box scraper, but if you need one, you need one.I have a 48" landpride box scraper... is there any reason for a grader attachment if I have the box??
