good deal or not

i just bought an old (very old) B 6000 , starts and runs fine,no smoke, 3pt works fine,tires ok, been sitting for awhile, but started right up with a little glow plug time, after running through gears and brakes, would start easy without glow plug , has a two bottom breaking plow, and a5 foot flail mower, both in top condition, , my question is .... is a $1000.00 to much, i know the mower is around 1400.00 new and this one is almost new, as the man said he only used it a couple of times because it picked up the front end, no weights,

what do you think, did i pay to much?

I'd say you got a great deal. I would see that package going for $2000 or more, so you are way ahead of the game.

"Stole it" is an understatement. With the value of what you've got, I'd be inclined to go back and offer a bit more for it even if the deal's done. The flail mower is well worth $1000 easily so you got the rest as a bonus!
