My neighbor bought an aftermarket hitch from ebay that was made in India. His B2150 was listed as one of the models the hitch would fit. Well, it fit, but only after some extensive mods. The top link eye was too wide to fit the tractor & had to be ground about 1/16"-3/32". The lift arm "eyes" were welded at the wrong angle, & had to be cut off & re-welded. Finally, one of the lift arms had an undersize hole that had to be re-drilled. I would have returned it or tried to get my money back, but the seller never responded & he was desperate for a hitch.
It works now, but it didn't out of the box.

I was afraid of that kind of news. I'm calling around the country to salvage yards. Looks like the complete hitch is about $400 shipped.

What I'm attempting to do is put a small plow on the back to dig/clean out some drainage ditches. Is there another avenue that might be more cost effective?

Original, factory 3 point hitch parts are the best, and are at a premium. No other reasonable options.

I've seen three Kubota hitches on Craiglist over the last few years, but they're pretty rare, like Hodge said.

B6100 Kubota Tractor...from what I've read up to at least a B7200 should work.
I think that you are semi-correct. I know that the B7200, B6200, B5100/6100/7100 have very similar 3 point hitches, in most cases. The older models, at least in the 5100/6100/7100 series, had a different 3 point profile, with different mounting points for the stabilizers and the arms were bent differently.
If you can figure out the length of the lift arm, and as long as the tires don't interfere with the arms, they should work. The ball sockets will be the same ID, and the mount point for the vertical lift rods should be the same.

Is it possible to cobble something together from a place like this?:

or even Tractor Supply?

When the little Yanmar I purchased didn't have one I acquired a kit from Hoye that worked grand but was somewhat expensive. The advantage was they'd taken all the guesswork out and had arms that would clear the rear wheels properly sized to the machine. Worth every cent.
