I have a l4310 hydro with rops 4 wheel drive at first the glow plugs stayed on light to replaced controller the light went out but now it only stays on a few seconds like 3 i replaced the relay timer and it is still the same when the light goes out after 3 seconds so does the power to glow plugs. Does anyone have any ideas as to reason i still have the problem? thanks.

Welcome to the site. I happen to be just south of you. 
On some of the newer models, the glow plug sensor also senses ambient temperature as well and only power the glow plugs accordingly. On my dad's older l2250, we never bothered with the glow plugs unless it was forty or below. With the temps being in the low 70's the past couple days, the 3 second run time on the plugs, is probably all it needs.
I would check the circuit again next week when the temps drop back down, and you should know if your issue is licked

Like Daren said, doesn't sound like you have any issue, that's about normal GP time when temps are up there.

What was the trick to run glow plugs?
If i read correctly, put in gear and hit crank, after a bit, put back to neutral and spin it over.
My old one activates glow plugs when cranking.
Safety switch prevents starter from turning, but glow plugs should see power.
Something ekse to ponder, my tractor was slow starting, couple rounds with glow plugs and battery would run outta juice.
Replaced with a strong battery and made a huge difference.
