your trans and power steering will be, your 3 point and loader systems will be at the control valve because there open center but from the cylinders to the control valve will not be bleed off unless you do that be lowering to the ground and expending all stored energy.

That is why I always bleed mine down when I park it.

If you need to relive all the pressure on the FEL, lower the loader bucket to the ground, shut off the tractor and then move the joy stick in all directions till no FEL movement happens then all lines will be relived of pressure. ;)

Umm, dumb question here, but where does the pressure go when you do that? Or maybe how do the fluid flows allow equal pressure in the lines???? :confused:

Simple, back to the tank or sump (transmission case). :D

I usually push the joy stick forward to "float" position for the FEL. Do I still need to do the side to side? Is it best to do before or after the tractor is shut down? I also drop the rear blade all the way down. What do others do?

YEs you should do all directions with the tractor off.
The three point down is a very good practice too. ;)
