Good afternoon everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. So I have a G5200 that I’m trying to install the rear three point hitch onto. Everything’s going on fine. The only problem I’m having is my hydraulic lines. As this three point came off of a G4200 which has a standard transmission. My first question is do I need to install the hydraulic pump that is mounted on the injector pump onto the G 5200. The reason I ask is because I was told since the G 5200 is a HST, it already has a hydraulic pump. My second problem is that since the G 4200 as a standard transmission, the line coming from the screen at the bottom of the transmission right by the oil filter doesn’t go up to the front underneath the transmission like the HST. In the pictures, you can see the rubber hose goes into that line that leads down to the screen, it wouldn’t work like that on the 5200 transmission as the hydrostatic has that line that leads back up to the under side.

If someone could help me out with this problem, it would be greatly appreciated! Also, I’m looking for a drive shaft for the rear 2000 RPM pto so if anyone has one I’m interested!

I have no experience with those tractors but not sure if you have two of the manuals you should have. Hopefully you have a 5200 parts manual.

In all your pictures i do not see your aux control valve. Where is that? The hydraulic with the screen attaches into the bottom of the pump. The aux feed lines come off the top of the pump. Tomorrow I will look at my workshop service manual to see if they have instructions on how to install the three point.

So, the WSM is not the greatest it does not show how to install the hydraulic control valve. below are the diagrams of how the pipes are run normally, tomorrow when it is light out I will take pictures the best I can to show how my lines are run to the lift cylinder.
