Hi, outside wear is usually caused by excessive camber or excessive toe-in. I'm not sure what the toe should be set at but i would guess at around 1/16" toe in, that would probably be what I would check first.

The camber is normal and not adjustable. The tires wear on the outside more on hard surfaces. If you drive mostly on dirt or soft surfaces, they wear pretty even. After you wear the outsides, you can have the tires swapped on the rims and wear out the other side.

The adjustment for toe-in is in the owner's manual for my tractor, a 3560, and is from 2 to 8 mm for that size tractor. Look for it in the 200 hr service directions.
