My dad had a gray market Kubota years ago, and the front wheel fell off. I can't believe that I had forgotten about that, especially as enamored as I am now with Kubota's. He was doing some loader work, and the front wheel just came off. In his case, the axle stub sheered off. This was one of those degrease and repaint models, which looked good but we really had no idea of its previous life. The dealer gave him another hub assembly off of a parts tractor. He sold it shortly after that, though, because it started leaking oil from the center of the tractor- probably a rear main.
Sorry that's no help for your dilemma, but I had to share that. I had forgotten all about it.
Pictures will help, if you can take them and share with us. Lots of smart folks here, and lots of guys who have had the front ends apart.

I have never seen a wheel bearing from a Kubota, but have seen a lot of wheel bearings. If it is a tapered, or cup and cone, bearing, tighten the castle nut until very close to wheel lock up. Back the nut off one notch on the castle nut and insert cotter pin.

Hope this helps.
