I am sure I am. just not understanding. Were they made and then discontinued? I can't find any for sale. At least not near me. Do they make a 3 point hitch version with a front attachment for mid PTO? I don't like the idea of backing up while blowing. I'm sure I am the first. :cautious:

Sounds like your just looking in the wrong locations.
There are plenty for sale
There are 3 models that will work.
BX2816
BX2830
BX2822A

You will also need the hitch for it: BX2810
And you'll need the drive shaft: BX2811

And no, a rear snow blower will not work without the reduction box and the hitch mount.

Odds are you are going to have to go visit your local Kubota dealer to but one. You might get lucky and find one used though.

another option..... gas powered "ATV' style snowblower. If you have SSQA , super easy to get it on/off.
yet another... make your own ATV style snowblower, BTDT, < $600.

This has been really helpful everyone. I have just opted to go snow pusher. I don't have a long driveway and I guess I just don't think I want to spend that kind of money for a snowblower. I have a nice walk behind already. I think I am in my "the tractor has to do everything" phase still.
