My kubota b2400, with a snow plow attached, is stuck in the up Position and to the right. The lever will not move to lower the plow or swing it to the left. The cylinders in the control value move only in one direction (up and to the right), but not to the left. I have a video but I think it is too large to load so I loaded a picture of the cylinders in the control value.

I don’t think it could be the couplers, since 2 values are not working.

Are you saying that the FEL control does not move in every direction and feel normal?
If it doesn't then a control linkage issue or water/ broken parts in the detent is probably to blame.

Did this happen all of the sudden?
If it did, control linkage is more likely.

If it happened slowly and just got worse under use it could be either issue.

If it did it while it was parked then water/ damage to the detents is more likely.

1. Are the hydraulic lines connected properly and to the correct outlet.
2. Does your tractor's hydraulic control have a neutral-position lock lever like my B2650? If so maybe it's not fully released.
3. Very basic, but is your hydraulic oil level good?
4. Same problem occur with the FEL attached?
