Hey guys. I have a problem with my folding ROPS. My canopy on it causes it to jump around a lot. I know the canopy does this because of how it is shaped. I need a way to greatly reduce the shaking. My old BX had some knobs on the ROPS to tighten it. My new B series just has this bolt on it and it is digging into the ROPS. Any help with trying to make this situation better is appreciated.

Try a composite shim, should wedge in nicely then snap off. Maybe on 2 side if there is room.

I made a couple steel wedges, with a bar welded across the wide end to give it something to pound on with a hammer. To install or remove. Couple wraps electrical tape to retain it in case it loosens.

It would seem to me, if you loosen the lock nut so you can tighten the bolt tighter then it is, you would be doing the same thing as the wedge would be doing.
