Foaming trans/hydro fluid b7100dt

My tractor trans/hydro fluid started coming out the vent under my seat today. Very foamy, like the head on a beer. I think it may be an air leak in the rubber hose in the suction line. I found a spot that might be the leak. Do I need to put new fluid in when I change the hose? Am I on the right track to fix the foamy fluid?

Sounds like you are on the right track.

And yeah, I'd change the fluid....and filter.

Air is not coming out the vent, foamed fluid is, and that's not a good thing!

All fixed, works great. It was a hole in the suction hose.
