FEL Raise/Lower Speed

Is it possible to adjust the speed on my FEL? It lowers WAY to quick for my liking. The dump speed is ok; but when I lower a load down, it slams to the ground really quick with no "in-between" speed.

With a little bit of practice and patients you'll get the hang of feathering the joystick on the FEL and it wont slam down so hard. Its been so long since I've used a single lever joystick but if I remember correctly if you push the stick up that lets the loader come down. It could be a thing of your pushing up to far and hitting the joystick in the "float" position and that knocks out all hydraulic fluid.
