FEL drops too fast

Hey guys.........miss me? I haven't posted in over three years, mostly because the old Kubota has been trouble free. So here we go. L3010 with L481 loader and L2085 control valve.
The problem, I have to be very careful when lowering or she drops like it is in float. When it gets to the ground it will attempt to raise the tractor but will not get the front wheels off the ground. Float works perfect. Ideas?

You need to swap the lines from roll and lift and see if it still acts the same, This might tell you if the problem is in the valve or the cylinder.

Part of your problem sound like it's got a bad valve, "drops too fast", but another part "won't lift the front end" sounds like you have a blown seal on a cylinder.
