My boat is powered by a 200 hp Yamaha outboard, but there is a connection between Yamaha and Kubota albeit a tenuous one. But it would be kind of awesome to head out on the Great Loop in a boat powered by a couple of Kubota diesel engines. Add that to my wish list I guess.

Average of 252.6 miles per day so that would be an average speed of 10.5 mph if running 24 hours per day, over 19 days? Assuming a 12 hour day that would be an average speed of 21 mph over 19 days. My boat is probably a lot more comfortable than a Jon boat but I sure as heck wouldn't want to be running 12 hours a day at 21 mph for 19 days.

Nope, I'd like to be on something like a Targa 37. Just need to scrape together $750k for a new fully loaded model.
