While using my M9960 with a grapple attachment, error code 25 appeared along with the red triangle safety symbol. The tractor would not move while in gear. After moving the speed lever from high to low and back to high the tractor started moving again. I immediately parked the tractor and began looking for the reason for the code on the internet. I have not been able to locate any reference to error code 25. Also when I turn the ignition key to the on position, without starting the tractor, I get three quick beeps and the error code remains on the display along with the red triangle flashing. I contacted my dealer and they are trying to find the reason for the code. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Willie Rivers

For what it's worth: I have a M7060 and error code 25 is stated as "DPF Regeneration Malfunction Trouble".

I'd first check to see if all the fuses are okay. Remember, there are fuses located at the front of the tractor (near the radiator) as well as some in the cabin.

Here's a download for the M9960's WSM (Work Shop Manual) - it will have information on your particular model.

Just heard back from the dealer, said it involved the Regeneration system. They said they needed to get a computer hooked up to it to verify. I'll check the fuses as you suggested and maybe that's the problem. Just past my 2 year warranty so any repairs maybe on me. Tractor has less than 150 hours. Thanks for the help.

The warranty on the regeneration system is 5 years, so hope no problems outside the items covered. Please keep us posted so we all can learn.

Thanks to sheepfarmer's suggestion, I checked the fuses today and a five amp fuse identified as "T/M Control 5A" was blown. I replaced the fuse and all is right in my world at the moment. Just waiting to see if the tractor goes into regeneration mode without blowing the fuse. Sure would like to know what caused the fuse to blow in the first place. Once again thanks to sheepfarmer for the advise. If you ever find yourself in Caldwell, Texas, dinner is on me.

I'd like to take the credit but it was mbu that suggested the fuses! Glad it is working, and hope the regen process doesn't make it blow again. Keep us posted!
