I fabricated a Remote 3pt lever on my Kubota 3940 HSTCab. This in combination with the Pats Quick Hitch makes hooking up implements a breeze.
I purchased an additional factory position lever to use as the actual lever so that it would look like a factory job and professional. Then I fabricated the linkage and the lever mount. I never understood why Kubota doesn't offer this option. This was a very easy thing to fabricate.

First time you catch a stick on that lever you'll find out why they don't do that stock.

lddykstra, very nice professional look to your work. For the lever though, I'm with Wolfman , it looks exposed for the kind of work I do time to time, mixing it up in the brush and brambles.

If it was boxed in, open box to move lever and secure when done.
I understand the need, its a nice setup. If it was in my hands, using it in the bush would cause problems.

Maybe make it a short stub and have a handle slip over it for leverage and then remove the handle to lessen the chance of getting caught on brush. Just a thought.
