Does the Kubota M7060 have a separate hydraulic pump for steering? If not, will this be a problem when steering and using the remote hydraulics at the same time?

Yes and no, it has a multi section hydraulic pump not seperate pumps for steering. One section does power the steering, but it also does several other operational control tasks too.
The other section runs the power for the FEL, Three point and the rear remotes.
So to answer your question; No, using the rear remotes will not effect steering or any other operational controls that, that first section of the pump runs.
