Fuel tank cushion, under tank on top of 3pt cylinder, you may wear a hole in your tank if it's not in place? When you put it back, clean up the surfaces and glue it in place with some contact adhesive or similar.

Thanks again. This tractor is new, a bit over 10 hours now. It's seems impossible
to reinstall this rubber cushion without taking the tractor apart. I almost believe it was never where it was suppose to be from the factory. The tank seems solid as in no play up and down. I think I'll leave it for now. Unless it is something I should address to the dealer. I am hesitant only because I had an issue with the ballast block they sold me when I bought the tractor not being compatible with the land pride quick hitch. The dealer said it would work but it didn't. I called multiple times for help with no call back. I ended up buying a quick hitch from harbor freight that has an adjustable top hook witch solved the problem. I still have not heard back from my dealer.

Only available in US market :( anyone know if there is one available Canada
The OP is in the USA!
We have the same resource now in Australia, for Australian imported machines, I thought they had one in Canada, you may have to register/sign in first, if it doesn't pan out, use a proxy server to access the US site.

Either replace it yourself, ingenuity may be required without disassembly, or get the dealer to fix it before it becomes a bigger problem. With it missing, it may not rub now, but without it you may run into problems over time due to excess vibration or sagging of the tank, as well as adding stress to other parts of the tank and mounts.

can you check to see if there is one there? could be possible it was dropped during assembly and not found but another one installed in it's place, everything may be alright.
