I get plenty practice cooking greens. I like to use smoked hog jowls and a little ground red jalepeno pepper.

Those look nice. I planted a mix for the deer on the back side of my property and they don't look nowhere near that good. I have very poor soil. I hit it with fertilizer yesterday, so hopefully they will improve.

Planting them on a high row seems to make them grow better for me. Also, don't plant too thick. These have not been fertilized. This patch is about 2 acres. I have another 3/4 of an acre that has just come up.
