Documents that come with new BX2380?

Am I going to get everything I need with the machine to tell me what/when I need to do service/maintenance?

Any extra documentation I should get right off the bat or shortly after receiving the machine?

Before arrival I'd like to have the correct grease for the gun if something special is needed. Anything special?

How about other fluids and lubricants that I should get now?

Just getting prepared.

You'll receive your owners manual which will give you all the service / maintenance information you should need. Leading up to that, you should have no problem finding recommendations on grease, oil, etc... on this fine forum through the search feature.

Your dealer should also provide you with manuals for any implements you get with the machine---front end loader, mid mount mower, etc.

That will depend on the dealer. When I got my L2501 in December the only manual was for the quick hitch and that was only because somebody stuffed it into the toolbox. No manuals no second key. Was told they will be sent. By July I never received anything. Sent an email and dealer said "my bad" will get that stuff to you. Middle of September now and nothing. Did my own 50 hour in July after buying or downloading all the manuals. Found my front axle was 4 quarts low and capacity is 4.6 quarts. Make sure you tell them to get you all manuals and prep the machine especially fluids prior to taking possession.

I found the shop manual for the BXxx70 series and downloaded it.

Haven't found recommendations here for fluids, grease, etc. but I'll keep looking.

I second this idea. When I got my New B2650, I ordered the WSM, and we ended up spitting the cost which was fair enough to me.
