Recently, I snagged the rear work lamp on my L6060 ROPS destroying it.

Upon replacing it, I discovered that an identical replacement lamp including bracket to mount to the bracket attached to the ROPS by U-bolt (both undamaged in my case) retails for $153.** through Kubota Parts, whereas a complete identical rear work lamp package including the ROPS bracket and U-bolt retails for $93.** through Whole Goods.

Do your home work.

yup and there are dealers who know and use that to their advantage. I've known of dealers who'll sell wholegoods items for the same amount as regular parts (in your case $153).

but yes for stuff like that and tires/wheels, I always checked wholegoods--often cheaper (assuming the dealer would sell it at that price).

I've read about this wholegoods deal on here before.. why is the price so different if it's at the same dealer and same parts?
