Difference in Manuals?

I downloaded a manual for the B2650, Code No. 6C410-6311-3. The one that came with my machine is Code No. 6C430-6313-3 which should be the newest since my Kubota was just delivered and did not even make it to the showroom floor. There are differences in these manuals and I have to ask why? For instance after 50 hrs both say to replace the oil, transmission and hydraulic filters but the manual that came with the machine does not tell you how to replace the tranny and hydr filters without changing the fluids. The downloaded manual says a bit about the tranny filter replacement but specifically says not to remove the hydr filter. Confusing to a new to Kubota novice. I know there are opinions on what to change when but I just wanted to understand Kubota's rational for their suggested procedures.
Anybody know where the hydro vent is located on the B2650? Someone referenced this but I cannot find any documentation on it.

You are listing 2 different OPS manuals.
One is a B2650HSDC OPS manual and the other is a B2650SU OPS manual.

Only use the manual that matches the exact tractor model that you have.

ALSO NOTE: An OPS manual has very little info in it, Get the WSM for much more information!

Is there a place to submit errors in the manuals to Kubota? My B2601 with backhoe tells you to reconnect the backhoe hoses incorrectly when taking the backhoe off. Either that or someone put the wrong color tape on the lines at the back of the machine....

You are listing 2 different OPS manuals.
One is a B2650HSDC OPS manual and the other is a B2650SU OPS manual.

Only use the manual that matches the exact tractor model that you have.

I see that now but I thought the B2650 only came with the HSDC suffix. What does the SU stand for?

SU = Special Utility

or as I think of it

SU= Stripped Unit

An SU model is usually a stripped down or economy version of the same tractor.
It can have completely different systems, like different transmission, different steering, different hydraulic systems.

Wow, good to know. Interesting than the SU manual has more pages that the HSDC.
