I was ready to pull the trigger on a new BX25D1 when I found a BX23 for $8500 less so I bought the 23. Now I am wondering if I made the right choice? The 23 has just a little over 700 hours and everything seems to work fine. I asked the dealer about the differences and he said the big difference was the seat. For $8500 I think I can live with a bad seat. I would like to know what the difference is between the two? And will BX25 parts fit on the BX23? (seat???)

Yes, the BX25 is a little "nicer", but even at half the savings, it would be a no brainer to go with the BX23 in my opinion. You could make a LOT of upgrades for that kind of savings and still have a big chunk of change left. None of my business what you paid, but it sounds like it would be less than I paid for my BX2230. In my neck of the woods, you can't touch a BX with a hoe in ANY condition for less than about $13K.

$11,500 It's not new, but I think it will do what I need.
