My 2 cents is to look for another dealer for any post warranty work and implements. As much as I want to say that this could have been caused by the situation that is happening in the world now, if you are sold something that is "in stock" and it takes more than a month to arrive and when it does it is not right and on top of that it is damaged (even though it is a tool) I wouldn't want to work with those people again.

I 100% agree with Old and Tired about bringing up the list of grievances with the owner of the shop (and Kubota Corporate) to see what they will do to make it right. In my opinion it doesn't matter if it is a tool that I am going to get scratched and dented when I use it because it is me using it. As a salesperson for all you know someone could want to use it as a front for their business where appearance matters. You are buying new and it should show up new undamaged and unscratched.

My dealer is about 30-45 minutes away from where I live but I will continue to use them due to the great service I am given. However, a green, red, or blue brush cutter will work just as well on the back of the tractor as an orange one, and a Deere shop can service a Kubota just as well as a Kubota shop can.

On new delivery make sure grease is coming out of all hinge points and that no grease fittings are painted over. I had lots of problems with dealer in the peach state ( clearly didn’t do dealer prep, no proactive communication during buying process , zero technical guidance over phone because of “ liability”). Hope yours is better.

Finally delivered....for the third time.
All problems aside I'm really happy with the proper large tire setup.

You've stuck with that dealer far longer than I could have. Kudos. In the end you'll have a tractor. All I would have is a rant. It's not the tires or scratches, it's the lack of communication that I couldn't take. Like I didn't matter to them. Also something fishy about the financing. Reminds me of the movie Fargo.

I got tired of arguing with finance so Im just paying it off to avoid dealing with them. I've finally got some work done with this and the larger tires really smoothed out my trips through the woods.

Next up I'm looking for a box blade from what I gather a 48" unit should work great. Im planning on avoiding the kubota dealers for future attachments. Anyone have any recommendations on box blades in 4'-0"? Locally I've only been able to find them at tractor supply but in 5'-0"+

When you angle the 5 footer, it will be fine. I would NOT get a 4 footer.

{edit} o_O Oops... yes you did say BOX Blade... I pull a 6 footer and use the tines to rough up new food plots. Not much stress there but times when I was digging, it worked well.

I'm looking for a box blade, so it won't be at an angle though. I was mostly looking at the 4 footer for ripping too I have a ton of roots so was thinking that would be easier but I guess I can just take some tines out if it struggles.

For a box blade, I suggest one that covers your tire tracks. I use a 48" on my little BX, and it's tire width is about 45" or so. .

You might be better off with a 54 or 60".

Many here have B2650's - they will know better what width works for them.

I run a 5' on my B2650 (same size) and it works great. I have dragged at least 10 miles with it at this point.

I went with the heavier EA unit. I actually wore out my old box blade so I wanted something more robust this time around.

I too think a 5 foot box blade would be a good fit. I use a five foot BB on my B2910, and can lose traction easily if I am too aggressive. I would think 201648rider's tractor would pull a five footer fine and do not think going wider would be an advantage if real work is being done.

Thanks for the responses! I think I'll bump to the 5'-0" after measuring the rear width I'm about 58" with the large tire size. Hopefully I can source an EA unit locally, or maybe order.
