Does anyone know the outside diameter of the cylinder sleeve on the following engines D650 D750 and the D850? Certain parts are interchangeable on those engines. I was wondering if the sleeves where as well.

The stroke is the same, but the piston bore is different lager as the series goes up. I'm trying to determine if the outside of the sleeve is the same for the D650 D750 D850. This will allow me to increase the horse power without replacing the entire engine. Crankshaft is the same on the D650 and D750. Connecting rods are the same on the D650 , D750, and the D850.

No they are not the same external bore size, that's why they have a different blocks.
And increasing the bore size will not gain you much HP as you would also need to increase the valve size to get a true gain.
Even if you did it, the best gain would only be 1 or 2 HP max anyways. ;)

Your best bet for uping the HP is find a D850 or D950.

Surprisingly the D850's go up higher in HP than the D950's, I have a 22HP D850 in one of my B7100's and I have a 19HP D950 in another.

You want a complete engine as the heads are also different, in that the valve size increases tremendously as the bore size increases.

All other parts like the oil pan and hydraulic pumps will bolt right on it.

Extracting more power from a diesel, longer stroke helps as torque is what we want on a tractor. I drove a 1980 VW Dasher Diesel Wagon for 19 years that I bought new in 1981. It came with a 48HP, 1500cc diesel. Did a lot of "drafting" when you wanted to pass someone. When I wore that engine out, I installed a new complete 1600cc which had the same bore as the 1500cc but had a longer stroke. I believe it raised the HP to 50-52. It didn't turn it into a hot rod but the longer stroke engine sure pulled the hills better. NO turbo.
