Hi folks,

I could use some feedback. I have a b3200 with FEL. I haul tractor and implements on my 6' wide trailer. I am needing a 5' 3 pt hitch type cultipacker to prepare seed beds for food plots. 5' so it will cover my tire tracks, and still narrow enough to get on my trailer.

These seem to be somewhat hard to find, but I have found at least one option, where mfg states it will work with my b3200. Somewhat concerned about the weight of the cultipacker (700 lbs.). Other manufactures have raised concerned with the top link being at such a high angle that I may not be able to lift the implement very high, making it difficult to get on and off my trailer.

Anyone with experience using b3200 with cultipacker? Any recommendations for a different implement that would do for me as well as the cultipacker, but possibly less weight. Most all of the food plot seed merchants call for using a cultipacker to get best results.

Suggestions, recommendations, and advice all welcome.

Thanks
Colby

Measure the inside deck of your trailer and double check. Mine was sold as a 6x16 and when I measured it its really 6ft3 inside deck width. Just enough to stuff a Chevy Suburban on.

Thanks. I have looked at the LP Seed Bed Roller. The specs indicate it is 77" wide. My 6 foot trailer is actually about 75" width on inside. The LP is a little too wide. In general, that is is what I seem to be running into. Be nice if they made a 5' model. You would think there would be more 5' options out there.

Not to get real deep into trailering your load but if you have an open flat deck trailer stick a 6 foot cultipacker on there and roll on down the road. As long as the impliment isn't over hanging the trailer real bad and doesn't stick out past your axles you can get away with hauling it without flagging it.

My trailer has side rails, about 1 foot high going around the trailer. Anything wider than 75 inches would not be able to sit on the deck.

Ah you've got the same kind of trailer I have. I've been known to park my tractor tighter to one side of the trailer and let one corner of the implement sit on the railing and the other end down in the deck.
