Cranks no start Fuel pump not working

Will it start by shorting out the solenoid terminals using a screw driver with the ignition on?

Have you checked the battery is fully charged and all of the connections are clean? Don't laugh, I have to fix the crappy earth on my tractor.

If it does but cuts out when engaging the PTO, then it could be a safety switch.

Everything is good ,just the fuel pump does not run , I have a little hydraulic leak and i was wondering if there was a safety switch on the fluid level .or is there a fuse for the fuel pump ?

Yes a 15 amp fuse.

Likely right side of tractor inside the screen enclosure for the battery. Would be right about where your right knee is when driving it. (that's where my BX2360 is)

Did you check the fuse for the lift pump? Or replace it just in case? Sometimes looks aren’t everything…..reminds me of a couple girls I used to know.

Not a bad idea to blow the fuse box out….mine was full of crud a couple weeks ago.

Have you checked to see if there’s power to the lift pump? A simple 12v test light will work.

Using a test light or a meter is a better indicator of them having and passing power then just eyeing them.

And there is no safety switches or sensors involved in that circuit.

Do you have fuel getting to the electric fuel pump? Pull the fuel line off the inlet to the lift pump to make sure you have good flow out of the tank.

When were fuel filters last changed?

Many BX tractors will run with a full tank of fuel, but not if it gets much below half.

BX tractors are known for plugging onthe outlet side of the fuel tank itself.

Their fuel filters can be a problem too.

There’s two of them- first is between tank and lift pump. Second is near the injection pump.
