I've heard the B7300 has connections for power steering, but didn't have a factory power steering option. Seeing how close later machines like the B7500 appear similar to the 7300, is it possible to bolt up a 7500 power steering system to the 7300?

The B7300 does not have the block (connections for the PS), because none of those models had PS.
It would take some serious rework to add PS to your tractor, it wouldn't be a simple plug and play.
#1: You would have to add the proportional valve to the hydraulics be able to run both the three point and the PS.
#2: You would have to change the entire steering box, support and column as it's shorter than the one you have now.
#3: You might or might not have to change the pitman arm and the drag link.

I looked at the drawings on Messicks last night. The pump is way different for starters. I was planning on selling it anyway late this Spring. This project is a non starter.
