I just got my tractor (L4740 HST 4x4) back from the dealer after having a new engine installed. It is not working properly and I think it's all due to the contrl panel. I cannot get it out of "turtle" mode, the cruise does not work, the stall guard does not work and the HST sensitivity is EXTREMELY slow to react. I tried reprogramming the control panel and got to Mode "N" and got error code ERROR-75 which indicates the accelerator lever is out of position. But I had it idled down to 900 RPM.
The dealer is coming out Monday to look at it but I was just wondering if any of you have any ideas of how to fix it now. I would like to get some bush hogging done tomorrow and it will be extremely slow in this mode. Thanks.

I'd say leave it alone and don't do anything until the dealer makes it right. No need in making a bad situation worse then what it needs to be.

The only thing I would try is to unhook the battery and see if it will reboot.

The dealer replaced the Throttle Sensor and reprogrammed the computer. Everything works properly now. Amazing that 1 faulty sensor can allow the tractor to run and operate but affects the operation this much.
