Compared to some it isn't that cold, but 22 is cold enough to test out the skidsteer (we bought it towards the end of last winter). I run Rotella in it, and keep it inside a barn. I hit the glow plugs this morning for about 30 seconds, and it fired right up. I talked to my Grandma in Va. the other night, she said they had some snow and it was pretty cold. I guess you are having first hand knowledge of cold starting your orange beast.
