I am moving from California to northern Idaho. Should I change the oil and Hydro fluid to a winter grade? The tractor is a BX2370 with approx 56 hours, it had the 50 hours service.

mmmm......
If IT just had the 50 hour service, do you have a record of what was placed in it? 10w30 in crankcase? S-UDT2 in hydraulics?

IF that is the case - don't change a thing - but I would invest in a block heater.
The two oils mentioned are "typical" from Kubota. NOW if you have UDT in the hydraulics - and I doubt that - I would change to S-UDT2.

A block heater will do more for you tractor than changing the crankcase oil. And if you use a block heater, once started - allow the tractor to run a bit to have the hydraulic oil heat up as well.;):)

Hokie is right about the block heater. Remember it does not snow here when it is real cold, like -25F . Most snow happens between 20 and 30 deg F.
Below +10 we will sometimes get diamond snow but no accumulation.
I do use he tractor at sub zero to move fire wood from shed to house but with the block heater plugged in for an hour or two it snaps right to attention.

No reason to not throw on a battery tender as well.
