I started a thread a short time ago asking what people thought of some of the cheap parts available on the market for kubotas of all ages.
I went with the general opinion that genuine was the way to go. Stripped and overhauled my D650 engine and was very pleased with the results with the exception of a smokey number one cylinder on start up. I deduced it was the injector at fault. I had replaced the injector nozzles previously before engine strip. These had been sourced new from ebay .
I took the injectors off to a specialist and he tested all of them and the spray pattern was described as Appalling.
New Gen nozzels are now on there way.
I think the moral of the story is Buy Cheap buy twice.

Buy Cheap buy twice
Buy once cry once
You get what you pay for

They are colloquialisms for a reason.

Kubota didn't/doesn't make the fuel system.. Zexel does.. Zexel is licensed from Bosch.
The Zexel parts have a direct Bosch part #..
Unless u can verify the inj. or parts are either 1 of them, then theres a reason they were "cheap".
Theres a direct cross in injector nozzles between Zexel, Bosch, Denso & Delphi..
