Just wanted to thank you for the article of changing hydraulic fluid as well as cleaning out the suction screen. I changed the fluid and cleaned out the suction screen on saturday on my L225DT and, WOW, how dirty both were. It amazes me that my hydraulics even worked and weren't damaged. I don't recall me pops ever doing this. The filter was just caked with crude. After cleaning it and refilling with new fluid, its a whole new tractor. FEL moves up and downing much quicker with no noise and seems much stronger. The 3 point hitch raises and lowers so precisely.
