I have a L3010 with a LA481 loader, it does not seem to be lifting that much weight. Can I somehow adjust it to lift more? What weight should this lift? I had an old 19hp iseki that would lift a lot more than this unit can

1st things first.....

has it gone down in power? OR you just thinking it should lift more?
You checked oil? cleaned / replaced filter?

what are you lifting?

data:

Breakout force (lift): 1,951 lbs [884 kg]
Lift to full height (at pin): 1,058 lbs [479 kg]

you should be able to lift a full bucket of gravel or sand......

and yes there is a way to increase the pressure....
