Can Broken Draft Affect Engine Power?

Dan, there is related thread. I was asking for assistance in identifying the part I found stuck to my filter magnet.
This was in my hydraulic filter - M7060
Changed my hydraulic filters yesterday. I’m attaching a picture of what was stuck to the magnet. Does anyone recognize it? I’m currently experiencing intermittent loss of power while running 7’ rotary chopper. Sometimes everything is fine, other times any action that draws on the hydraulics...

Not a Kubota backhoe then?I expected that to come up. But I actually have a frame mounted backhoe. It mounts to the frame, but there’s still a connection to the top link for added stability. I was pulling pretty hard on a root at an angle and I think it put unequal stress on things. My property goes up the side of a hill…….seems everything I do is on a slope

No, not a Kubota hoe.......it's a Wallenstein and I regret buying it every time I use it.

You can check the TSB and see if your 7060 S/N falls in affected range. Hope that's not your problem but suspect that it is.
I briefly contemplated the backhoe attachment for my 7060 but figured it would be to
inconvenient to operate. I have a BX with the backhoe but if I have something beyond its capability
I rent an excavator.
UPDATE: Finally made time to remove the 3-pt hitch cover and replace the linkage that controls the draft.
The symptom that started this whole mess was engine bogging when tractor was hot and using 7 foot 3-pt chopper. Particularly bad when trying to pull a grade. Through some troubleshooting, I discovered that the linkage for my draft control had completely separated under the 3-pt hitch cover. I replaced the linkage.
Today I went out to work it and so far, no bogging down, and I did my best to work in conditions that caused issues before.
I'm not saying it's fixed.......I'm just saying it didn't bog down on my first test run after repairs.......

It was too good to be true. Engine bogging after about 40 minutes of chopping.
Guess it's time to see about injectors.
