I just got a BX2750 Blower for my BX2370.
When I engage the PTO to run the Blower it makes a lot of noise. Is this normal?
I adjusted the chain and the tension is fine.
Are the just a rattle trap with out a snow load?
Or should I be looking further?

Everything is as it came from the dealer.
Except I don't count on anybody to do their job rite so I double check everything and its a good thing I did.
I checked the chain tension only to find that the drive sprocket was loose and the key was sliding out of the groove and I adjusted the chain.
Anyway that did not solve the noise coming from the Blower.
I realize that the housing of the blower is just a giant megaphone and maybe thats it.
Just seemed a bit loud!

I have a 2650 which is basically the same blower, and yes, they make a lot of noise when in operation and no snow working through the bucket.

depending what kind of noise I would look for shiny spots caused by rubbing. Check that the fan blades are tight and Is your tractor a 540 rpm pto?

I have a 3pt mount B2781 blower for my BX24. Makes no noise that can be heard above the noise of the engine. My 54" mmm makes enough noise that I know it's engaged, but I wouldn't call it noisy.
Is it possible to get pto shaft u-joints out of phase on the mid/front application? Maybe that's causing the noise ?

Is it possible for you to make a video of the blower running and post it? It would probably be helpful, as well as determine a baseline of what you are calling noisy. By no means am I critiquing, but the description is relative until we can all hear it.
